We allready having booking and payment for the night 27th, the owner of did not give us access to villa. When we call him to inform arrival time to ask code to access, He misbehaved us with a very dirty discussion. I consider that is very normal to offer a code to acces in 2021,is easy for all.After all discussion he send me to booking home and he block our number.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte in quanto dovevamo fare una visita al Rizzoli, quindi ,per quel poco che ci siamo stati ,abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente ,pulito e profumato ed anche molta disponibilita da parte del proprietario che, nonostante non era in piena forma ,ci ha accolto con simpatia.

La villa è nella primissima collina a 10 minuti a piedi dalle mura e a 15 da Piazza Maggiore. Il servizio Bus comodissimo e puntuale consente di non prendere l'auto che rimane al sicuro nel parcheggio riservato. Colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta. Le camere pulite in modo quasi ******ale. Insomma davvero un bel posto!

The villa was recently restored to an extremely high standard. The accommodation was excellent, great location 10 minutes out of town. Bus outside the villa if required. The owner and staff were happy to answer any questions. Breakfast continental and of a high standard.

Stunning villa - gently restored. Soft music creating a zen atmosphere. Light and airy spaces bringing you into the previous decade. All you need is a good book and a cup of coffee and you will not want to leave. If you would want to wander into the city, it is just a short stroll away. Warm and friendly host welcoming guests into this gem.

Villa gotti è un bellissimo posto con ottime camere e soprattutto per noi che siamo venuti per un intervento al razzoli è inbuna posizione strategica, sia per la clinica xhe per i servizi per andare in centro .Ottimo

Camere molto belle e pulite, proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, posizione buona, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Noi siamo arrivati in auto, abbiamo prenotato il posteggio (fondamentale perché ci sono pochi posti). La colazione è semplice ma buona, molto apprezzate le torte! Bagno molto bello, pulito, con un'ampia doccia. Letto comodo. Consiglierò sicuramente!

Veramente eccezionale in tutto !!! Accoglienza , servizio e pulizia superlativa tutto in una location raffinata . Colazione varia e cappuccino super …schiuma ottima più’ del bar . Vicinissimo alla clinica Villa Regina . Il gestore disponibile a venire in contro alle esigenze di chi come noi è arrivato in città in mattinata .

Villa Gotti é location ideale per un soggiorno a Bologna, qualunque sia la durata e la motivazione della permanenza. A pochi metri dalla clinica Villa Regina, ad appena 10 minuti dal centro storico ed a due passi dal Parco Margherita dentro cui vi sono Le serre dei giardini, luogo incantevole per leggere e rilassarsi in armonia col verde. Le camere sono luminose, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione molto buona e gustata in una zona della villa colma di luce e verde. Ottima l'accoglienza ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
