The hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather…
On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars.
The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.

The hotel is newly built, very clean and the rooms are relatively large. The double bed room is one bed, not two pushed together. It is very close to the airport and train station, and there is a Chinese restaurant about 500 meters away.

The hotel itself fitted our purpose. Best described as an Italian Premier Inn; It achieves what you need in a hotel without the frills and at a reasonable price.
The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and quiet at night.
So if you’re looking for a bed for the night and spending your day on excursions like we did then it’s absolutely fine.
If, however, you are looking to be immersed in Bologna then this hotel is literally on the wrong side of the tracks. It is situated North of the city train station (where the monorail from the airport connects) and not in the centre of Bologna (hence the price). Because of this it is not so touristy shall we say. The area is very much more “real world”, some would probably say rough.
But to be fair, it’s not threatening in any way, it’s just not pretty, just as the outskirts of any tourist city is to be fair.
So in conclusion: reasonably priced hotel, friendly staff, not pretty location.

Nuovo soggiorno, a distanza di alcuni mesi dal precedente, sempre per motivi sanitari legati alla vicina struttura ospedaliera convenzionata con l'hotel. Tutto (o quasi ) ottimo come ad aprile: dall'accoglienza e assistenza in reception dove ricordo, oltre ai già citati Raul e Francesca, la gentile e professionale Letizia, , alle camere , al parcheggio, al servizio colazione sempre valido e abbondante a livello di offerta. Proprio qui l'unico aspetto assai negativo correlato a un assurdo episodio avvenuto una mattina del mio soggiorno che voglio evitare di commentare nei dettagli... Confermo, quindi, la validità di questo ottimo hotel, assolutamente consigliato sia per turismo che per lavoro o, come nel caso mio e della mia famiglia, per motivi di salute.

Mi trovo presso l’Hotel da martedì 7 novembre, ottima soluzione per chi come me deve assistere chi è ricoverato a Villa Erbosa. Camere pulite e comode, tutto il personale sia alla reception che in sala colazione( prodotti ottimi e varietà), che ai piani, super gentile e professionale. Grazie per rendere la mia permanenza, non per vacanza, confortevole.
