Friendly staff and nice location. Would not want to have to park car here. We had large room with private bathroom. Breakfast was not what I was expecting but this is Italy. Mostly just pastries and juice. We would stay here again.

Excellent hotel for 40 years I have always been going to them, first with the old management now with the new even more cutting-edge management, a hotel with all the comforts especially cleanliness and kindness on the part of the staff. The owners are kind, helpful people who are very attentive to everything. you are practically at home, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore in the heart of Bologna.

This is an interesting little property. It was previously a large family apartment, and it still looks that way, including the old Italian furniture. The rooms are very large, but know that you are always sharing a bathroom with at least 1 other room. Sinks are in each room, though. The best thing about this property is the location. It is right in the heart of historic Bologna, and easy walking distance to the sights and dining.

The location is excellent and it is not far from the center, walking approximately 15-20 minutes, it is very central, you share a bathroom with some other guests if you are single or friends, no problem with family, I don't know if it is the best, good breakfast, it is very clean , the view from the terrace was very nice, definitely a good cost-benefit ratio.

Positive experience! Welcoming staff, all rooms clean, tidy and well heated, comfortable bed, delicious and assorted breakfast. The location is also appreciable because on foot you find yourself discovering the beautiful historic center of Bologna. Always on foot or as you prefer just two bus stops away (from via Ugo Bassi a stone's throw from the hotel) for a bit of relaxation I found well at the Terme di San Petronio.

Small, charming and slightly old-fashioned guest house, perfectly located around the corner from Bologna's main street. Shower in the corridor, but nice and no problem with crowding when we were there.
Very spacious room. Beds a bit hard but we were very pleased with the whole. Helpful staff.

We stayed here as a large family over New Year’s Eve. The rooms were generous and even though we had a shared bathroom, it suited us as we knew the others sharing it with us. Nice simple breakfast. Location was excellent as you can drop back if you ever get sick of eating! Would recommend.
