Centrally located hotel run by some friendly Chinese folks. Situated on the top floor of an old building. There's a small lift. Feels more like an old communal flat, than a hotel. About 10 rooms, 3 shared bathrooms. Everything is very old. Everything was clean and well maintained though. Triple room was very spacious. There was no wait for the bathrooms and they provide you with a hairdryer if you ask. Shampoo was in the single use packets, so recommend bringing your own. Breakfast was actually nice - only bad thing was the coffee from the coin machine (free for breakfeast), but pastries were fresh and of a good quality.

Friendly staff and nice location. Would not want to have to park car here. We had large room with private bathroom. Breakfast was not what I was expecting but this is Italy. Mostly just pastries and juice. We would stay here again.

Hotel eccellente da 40 anni vado sempre da loro ,prima con la vecchia gestione ora con la nuova gestione ancora più all'avanguardia ,un Hotel con tutti i confort soprattutto di pulizia e gentilezza da parte del personale I proprietari persone gentili disponibili molto attenti a tutto praticamente si è a casa, a due passi da piazza maggiore nel cuore di Bologna.

This is an interesting little property. It was previously a large family apartment, and it still looks that way, including the old Italian furniture. The rooms are very large, but know that you are always sharing a bathroom with at least 1 other room. Sinks are in each room, though. The best thing about this property is the location. It is right in the heart of historic Bologna, and easy walking distance to the sights and dining.

La ubicación es excelente y no está lejos de la central caminando aprox 15-20 min, es muy céntrica, compartes baño con algunos otros huéspedes si vas soltero o amigos ningún problema en familia no sé si sea lo mejor, desayuno bueno, es muy limpio, la vista de la terraza era muy bonita, sin duda una buena relación costo beneficio.

Esperienza positiva! Staff accogliente, tutti gli ambienti puliti , ordinati e ben riscaldati,letto comodo , colazione deliziosa e assortita. Apprezzabile anche la posizione perché a piedi ti ritrovi alla scoperta del bel centro storico di Bologna.Sempre a piedi o come si preferisce a sole due fermate bus (da via Ugo Bassi a due passi dall' hotel) per un po' di relax mi sono trovata bene alle Terme di San Petronio.

Litet, charmigt och lite gammaldags pensionat, perfekt beläget runt hörnet från Bolognas huvudgata. Dusch i korridoren, men fina och inget problem med trängsel när vi var där.
Mycket rymligt rum. Lite hårda sängar men vi var väldigt förtjusta i helheten. Hjälpsam personal.

We stayed here as a large family over New Year’s Eve. The rooms were generous and even though we had a shared bathroom, it suited us as we knew the others sharing it with us. Nice simple breakfast. Location was excellent as you can drop back if you ever get sick of eating! Would recommend.
