Villa Masi

Ho soggiornato presso Villa Masi a Bologna per 4 giorni e mi sono trovato molto bene . La posizione nel quartiere Murri è ottima in quanto ci sono tanti posti per parcheggiare l'auto facilmente ed è vicina alle fermate del 13, con cui si raggiunge il centro in poco tempo. La nostra camera era pulita e silenziosa e dotata di tutto. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, era formata da un cestino in camera con cialde per il caffé (molto buono tra l'altro), bustine di té, biscotti, marmellata e fette biscottate. La camera è dotata di bollitore, macchina da caffé e mini frigo. La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani venivano fatti tutti i giorni tranne la domenica. La villa in sé poi è davvero carina. A volte i proprietari lasciano liberi i loro cagnolini giù all'ingresso e abbaiano appena ti vedono, ma sono innocui. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi il lume non funzionante sul comodino. Da tener presente che è un b&b e non tutte le camere hanno il bagno proprio. Insomma, io mi ci sono trovato bene e ci ritornerò quando dovrò recarmi nuovamente a Bologna.

Upon our arrival, at about 18, we waited almost 10 minutes before someone would open us. The first floor room, as well as the period villa itself, was not so bad, quiet but very cold. The radiators were completely off, they told us perhaps due to badly set timing. We remedied this by turning on the air conditioner; we found them warm enough on our return at about 11pm. The room was clean and tidy, apart from the fact that we found other people's shampoo and shower gel inside the shower itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, it was not level (we slept there 2 nights). The room key looked like a common interior door key, which didn't give us security for valuables left in our absence (pc). Minimal breakfast: objectively there was a bit of everything, low quality, and gluten-free things weren't indicated (they were only indicated the day before) so anyone could take everything. We had asked to have milk, which we actually had, but we wouldn't have known how and where to heat it. The second morning there was no fruit, the hot drinks machine was empty (we wanted a hot chocolate but water came out) and one of the cups available was dirty, as was the table full of crumbs both mornings. Staff almost completely absent in the structure, little attention in the advice to customers. For example we had to park the car, we were offered to leave it inside the (broken) gate for 15 euros. Upon our refusal, we were explained how to pay for parking with the app, at around 7.50 euros from 8 to 18. After downloading the app, we discover that in the next street (50 m) the parking area changed and you paid about 2 euros less. Absolutely inadequate value for money, we won't be back.

Once at the B&B we were forced to wait for about an hour and a half before having access to our room, despite having previously specified the arrival time by telephone. Furthermore, in the confirmation email there was expressed the availability of the rooms from 2.00 pm onwards (we arrived on site at 2.30 pm). One of the dogs broke into the room even though we had disclosed the allergy of our friend, who was also a guest, to the reception. Strong screams of children since waking up. Noisy bathroom drain. Nonetheless, the rooms were nice and comfortable.

Prenotato per me e mia moglie da lunedì a lunedì.. il mercoledì ci avvisano che sabato mattina dobbiamo lasciare la camera!! Praticamente ci hanno messo in strada... Camera sotto tetto alta un metro e 50!! Camera fatiscente in diversi punti. Un disastro!!
