The customer recommended that it is very good. Each bed is a double bed and can sleep four people. The lobby is an open bar and office space. There are many young people and it is very suitable for socializing.

What a fantastic stay we had, from the moment we walked through the main door and meeting Maxine so helpful and warming, we were made very welcome straight away, I could not fault this hotel all the staff were fantastic, all were very helpful, the room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, bathroom was great with a fantastic shower. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be back.......

Het was heel gehorig, kinderen / mensen rende door de gangen ‘s avonds . Er was een feestje dus je was verplicht mee te luisteren naar de muziek. En dan als gevolg van de overmatige drank begonnen mensen nog eens luid en duidelijk hun mening te zeggen tegen elkaar. De kamer was niet netjes, ppgedroogde vlekken op de muur. Wat dan wel goed was is het personeel dat heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam was, en het diner was ook prijs kwaliteit lekker.

Nice hotel with good clean rooms. Leisure facilities looked very good too. Sadly, the breakfast was poor. Not the best quality sausages or bacon, and a 15 minute wait for poached eggs is unacceptable

Room was adequate as you would expect, however I woul grade it below a premier inn in terms of facilities. Dinner menu is extremely overpriced and the service every night was appalling. Numerous people were asking where their food was while others on their table and come out and I wS left waiting 45 minutes for my desert to come out while staff were more focused on cleaning. When I asked they had no idea it was even ordered. I stay here regularly when I travel I Manchester for business but will be going elsewhere in future

We arrived on Friday 14th June and checked in and checked out today 17th June.. The whole experience from check in to check out exceeded our expectations. The room, facilities throughout the hotel were very good, especially the swimming pool. We attended the Freddy Murcury which was brilliantly hosted by Claire. The food and drink were also very good throughout our stay. But the best thing about our stay was your brilliant staff throughout the hotel, from the girls on check in, the bar staff, the servers of food in the pub and grill, the staff in the swimming pool. Everyone we came across in the hotel are a credit to your business. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will return.
