This hotel is well decorated and the location is very convenient, very close to the train station, but the details are very problematic.
First of all, there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. After contacting the hotel, the other party used air freshener (as shown in the picture) to solve the problem. When asked to change rooms, the hotel only said that there was a system error, and then there was no follow-up, even if it was repeated multiple times. The feedback and contact also said that there was no way to deal with it.
Secondly, the hotel's phone didn't respond at all, and I couldn't contact the front desk at all. Every time I had to go directly to the front desk to inquire. After reporting it to the front desk, the other party said it was normal.
Third, there are only 2 pieces of tissue paper that can be seen in the room, and then they are gone.
All issues were delayed until check-out the next day without any follow-up, and requests for refunds or compensation were refused.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. I never imagined that I would be in Switzerland!

The hotel is only three to five minutes away from the train station, which is very convenient. We had three large luggages so we chose this hotel specially. It is a wise choice to save a lot of distance. The hotel room is huge. The staff at the counter are also very helpful. Recommendation.

A small town with old characteristics and a Christmas market. The atmosphere is very good.
There are not many breakfast options, but they are enough👍🏻

I just didn't appreciate one of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant looking angry on a few occasions. On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said "Wait!" rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me.
The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

We stayed here one night before catching the Bernina Express and wished we had booked for longer! It’s a lovely hotel, great location close to the station and old town. Breakfast was delicious, bathroom spotless with soft towels and nice products. But the very best thing is the staff and customer service. They were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We requested a quiet room and didn’t hear a sound. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
