The room was small, there was no elevator, the front desk clerk enthusiastically helped us to go upstairs, a good hotel.

We had a perfect stay during the Ypres Rally 2022 Very nice hotel , perfect comfort , great breakfast and easy parking. Nice view on the airfield . For sure to be back another time ! At night no noise at all . Many thanks at the professional staff who takes care of us.

Not just the easiest Ibis to access but once there excellent. Possibly one of the top Ibis I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel under present management. My trip was related to my wife being in a local clinic and access with the tram system was easy

A parking area. Metro nearby. Restaurant (for the evening) closed. Serviceable and welcome patron. Lift to climb on the floors. Functional Wi-Fi. Availability of a boiler with tea & coffee bags. Comfortable bed. Breakfast (10.80 €) (in the form of a buffet, in the old restaurant room): tea, coffee, bread, confectionery, mini vineyards, yachts, apple compot, dry fruit, charcuteries, brown eggs, sauce, bacon, Cheese (white and dry), fruit salad.

We spent a night in transit in this hotel at a ten-minute walk from the station. The prices are very low, so it is clear that you do not expect high performances but the minimum is: a functional bathroom in the room, a comfortable bed, clean room. The only bemol is noise because half of the rooms are located on the edge of a very frequent boulevard.

I am a very regular client of the B&B channel and this is not the first time I stay at the B&B of Tourcoing but this time, very disappointing: - From the opening of the room, a very unpleasant smell is felt. It comes from the bathroom and makes it think of urine that would have macerated several hours in the heat. - in the shower, the presence of very visible moisture in an angle. - The television does not respond to the telecommand, I look closely at it to see that the television power cable is completely unconnected and rolled behind the screen and that the antenna cable is also unconnected. Since when is the customer to make the connections ? By reading a view of a person who stayed here 3 weeks ago, I check the bed closer: - the sense of keeping the plate that serves as a pad are not even swim, The hotel is very affordable, but the maintenance and hygiene must not be dependent on the price.
