Hola!! Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue decepcionante y de una irresponsabilidad maxima.Despues de una reserva confirmada de varios días atrás llegó el momento de nuestro viaje..salimos desde España en coche dirección a Oporto donde se encuentra este alojamiento y consultó mis reservas una hora antes de la llegada para poner la dirección en Google Maps de este alojamiento y me encuentro que me lo han cancelado ellos sin ningun previó aviso ni siquiera unas disculpas.. Obviamente mi indignación como persona me hace ir personalmente hasta la recepción para saber que había pasado y quien había cancelado mi reserva a una hora de hacer el check-in.. Aquí me encontré con Filipe un chico encantador que reconoce todo lo sucedido y empático con nosotros hizo una llamada desde el hotel con alguien superior a él.. Y Felipe nos dice que habido un error por parte de una compañera que no pueden hacer nada y que nos ofrecía otra habitación a un precio superior del que habíamos pagado..Nuestra habitación nos costó 47€ y nos ofrecían otra a 110€..Aun me enfade más..me tuve que posicionar y por fin nos reubicaron en otra habitación al mismo precio.El responsable de todo esto no se quien fue pero lo gestionó muy mal.. Falta grave de profesionalidad.

The hotel staff are great. They provided me with directions and described the history of the city. I had a gluten-free breakfast and coffee all day. The room and bathroom were big.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this great hotel in Porto! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Porto – it truly made my trip unforgettable!

The place was amazing. Everything was new. Raquel was great. I just wish the beds would of had a duvet or comforter. I'm sure we could of had them available if requested.

we where 20 friends that stayed here for 5 nights what a wonderful hotel and the staff is just amazing. Everyone went out of their way to help us to prepare for us roof top party one evening and a buffet dinner down stairs in the reception/ breakfast area the last evening in Porto. The rooms are fantastic on the small side but you have everything you need , its chick and modern and nice for a city break. The bar in the roof top is just amazing just dial 001 and you get what you want. The bar downstairs amazing . Its easy to go everywhere around Porto from this hotel. What make this hotel is again the staff I dont name names because they are all wonderful and so happy to work there. The breakfast is nice and you get all what you need . You can tell that the staff who work there make this hotel happy. Happy Staff - Happy hotel. Best wishes from all of us from Norway this was the best hotel stay in our 19 days trip in Portugal and we will come back

Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great too. Hotel lobby area was beautifully decorated.
Hotel is about 25 minutes walk to the centre of Porto and there’s not loads to do in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. But all in all, we had a very nice time and the walk was good exercise!
