"For some reason, the apartment is extremely damp. Transportation is quite convenient, with supermarkets and shops nearby. It's on a high floor, so going up and down the stairs is a bit tiring. Daily cleaning will have an additional cost."

"We arrived around 10 PM and, as expected at that hour, there was no one at reception. We received instructions to open the doors and access the safe where the apartment key was supposed to be. Access to the parking lot is tight, so I recommend caution for those driving larger vehicles; being a narrow street, maneuvering isn't easy, but I still consider the parking lot a significant advantage. We entered without difficulty, with the boys asleep in the car. However, upon opening the safe assigned to me, it was empty, without any key. I called the number sent via WhatsApp and, after apologizing, they quickly resolved the problem, indicating that there was a master key in another safe. I followed the instructions, retrieved that key, and we went to the second floor, ready to enter apartment 23. My wife and I spent at least 10 minutes trying to open the door, without success, with the children already lying on the floor waiting. After contacting them again, they suggested we try opening apartment 25, which was the same type and available. The door opened on the first try, without any difficulty! I must say we were very pleased with the apartment: spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped. We had a peaceful night. The next day, after breakfast, we were getting ready to leave, as we had an appointment at 11 am. I then received a WhatsApp message asking me to go to reception to hand over the master key and pick up the key to apartment 25. I replied that it was no problem, as we were leaving at that moment. Upon arriving at reception, I was greeted by Mr. Helder Costa. We exchanged keys, and as I was preparing to leave, I was asked to sit down. I explained that I was in a hurry, but even so, Mr. Helder insisted on a speech, arguing that the key opened apartment 23. I replied that, even after 10 minutes of attempts by both my wife and I, we couldn't open it – and apartment 25 opened immediately, which proves there was a problem. Mr. Helder retorted that he understood we were tired and that's why we hadn't been able to open the door. The insistence was so great that I ended up asking what the purpose of the conversation was anyway and commented that it was becoming unpleasant. To the point of opening a drawer, removing a lock cylinder and inserting a key to demonstrate that "this is how it worked". I explained to him that, more than anyone, I was the most interested in being able to open the door, but I couldn't. Given that the subject wouldn't stop, I offered to go with me to apartment 23 to try the key, since it was such a delicate matter for Mr. Hélder. He refused, claiming he couldn't leave the reception area. I ended the conversation, informing him that I really needed to leave and had already mentioned several times that I was late. Unexpectedly, Mr. Hélder, already visibly agitated and gesturing wildly, shouted:"
