"The Artcore Hotel has been one of the best hotels we've stayed in worldwide. We must highlight the friendliness of the entire team, from Ines at check-in, Patricia and her colleagues at breakfast, Bruno at checkout, and every single person who works at the hotel, taking care of even the smallest detail. It's the little touches that make all the difference compared to other hotels. The hotel, which opened a few months ago, is characterized by its unique, art-centric design. It's perfectly decorated, with attention to every detail. The room is very comfortable, including a complimentary minibar, a very large and comfortable bed, underfloor heating, etc. You'll want to stay in your room and never leave. The à la carte breakfast is spectacular, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the metro and a 10-minute walk from the center of Porto. It's in a quiet area with many cafes and restaurants. Their rating is completely deserved; they deserve even more. If we return to Porto, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again to all the staff for always taking such good care of us. You're the best!"

"This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel and we'll definitely be back. The only reason I'm not giving it the highest rating for the facilities is that the TV isn't a smart TV and you can't connect your phone to watch Netflix or movies, as the channels are all in Portuguese, unless they have Spanish channels."

"I don't know where to start. First we waited outside in the rain with our suitcases for 35 minutes. The door that faces the street doesn't correspond at all, it's old, with old papers stuck to it... It looks abandoned. When the girl arrived... She left me speechless, between the fact that she didn't speak Spanish and her very disheveled appearance and trembling as if she were dependent. Once we entered reception, I couldn't find my reservation, then she explained everything to us a bit, of course in Portuguese, which I understood poorly. Going up to the elevator it smelled stale, old, dirty... Once up in the hallway, to find our room it didn't have a number, the set of keys had a photo, and we had to look for our room with the photo. When I made the reservation, the bathroom said it was private, not that I had to go out of my room to the common hallway to access the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it was in a prison, the extractor fan didn't stop ringing, the bathroom trash can was rusty and broken. The room was a mess, the window didn't fit, the terrace was shared with the room next door, the blinds were broken, the TV remote didn't work, the two blankets were torn, as if they had been picked up from the street, it needed paint, the cushions were dirty, the lock was like a castle's, we had to put a sweatshirt on because you could see the inside through the lock, a mirror hanging on the door that fell when we closed the door, some hangers acting as a wardrobe, so to speak. I don't recommend it to anyone, no matter how cheap it is, it's better to pay a little more and be in a decent and clean place."

"A great option for visiting Porto. The staff were attentive and friendly, and they tried to make everything easier for us and make our stay as pleasant as possible, even though it was only two days. I loved the touch of having coffee, tea, and homemade pastries available 24 hours a day at reception 👍. It was always delicious. The hotel is functional, renovated, and has modern bathrooms. It's well located for the city center, about 7 minutes from Via Catarina, one of the main shopping streets, with bars, cafes, shops, etc."

"For some reason, the apartment is extremely damp. Transportation is quite convenient, with supermarkets and shops nearby. It's on a high floor, so going up and down the stairs is a bit tiring. Daily cleaning will have an additional cost."

"Excellent position in a quiet neighboughood. Everyting in the house was tidy and clean. The breakfast includes good coffee and quite a selection of healthy and local food. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with briging their own tips for trips around the city. Also the internet connection was pretty fast. I can quite recommend for both business and vacation."

"The room is very hygienic, the equipment is flat, the semi-gold is advanced and safe, and the entrance and exit can be Uber and bolt, barely the trouble of going up and down the slope. At night, you can indeed hear the sound of cars outside the window, but it does not affect your sleep much. Speaking of which, Botu is still a good place to live in."

"The room was a bit dated, but clean and was cleaned daily. It didn't have built-in air conditioning, but a portable air conditioner and a fan were provided. Although it was a shared room, it only had one small wardrobe. The room was also quite noisy. Breakfast was adequate for the price, although the coffee could have been better. Not all the reception staff spoke English. The highlight was the garden area with its view over Porto."
