En général assez bien mais chambre assez vieille pas de café the dans la chambre, chaque jour javais des problèmes avec la carte de la chambre qui se démagnétisait.
En plus en partant je n’ai pas retrouvé ma trousse de toilette néanmoins le personnel reste sympa et professionnel.

Ho soggiornato al Vila Gale' di Oporto durante un tour. Hotel eccelente per servizi, igiene e cibo. Ma la cosa più gradita è stata la sorpresa , all'arriva, di trova gli auguri di buon compleanno con una bottiglia di ottimo vino bianco e 2 fette di Torta Sacher buonissime. Grazie ancora!!!. Ci rivedremo in futuro.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Frühstück und Abendessen: die Buffets sind sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotel situado a unos 550m de la Rua Santa Catarina y con estación de metro al lado. El hotel está bien, se descansa perfectamente y el desayuno es correcto y tienes de todo un poco. Hay zona de piscina con un pequeño yacuzzi, sauna y baño turco gratuito pero hay que reservar. Hay aparcamiento con un suplemento de 7,50.

Nous avons passé 4 jours et 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La literie est correcte. Pas très modernes mais propres. Le personnel est souriant et aimable. Ils essayent de parler un peu en français sinon on se débrouille très bien en anglais. L’hôtel dispose de 2 bars et 2 restaurants dont les prix et la qualité restent corrects. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié mais plus salé que sucré. Néanmoins il y a quand même du choix. Au 19e et dernier étage se trouvent la piscine, le spa et la salle de sport. La vue y est magnifique surtout lors du coucher du soleil. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont à demander à la réception lorsque vous réservez votre créneau pour aller à la piscine même si de nombreuses personnes ne le respectent pas. L’hôtel est un peu à l’écart mais en moins de 5 min à pied vous arriverez à une station de métro vous permettant de rejoindre l’hyper centre et vous pouvez aussi tout faire à pied. Un supermarché et un Fast food se trouvent à côté de l’hôtel si besoin. Attention, malgré 6 ascenseurs, l’attente est parfois longue. En résumé une très bonne adresse pour visiter Porto.

Hotel bien situé. Accueil assez froid et disponibilté inégale. Prestations correctes, petit-déjeuner :du choix mais qualité moyenne. Pas toujours du personnel à l'accueil au spa. Chambres de bonne taille, propres. séjour globalement satisfaisant dans une ville à découvrir et qui vaut le déplacement.
