En général assez bien mais chambre assez vieille pas de café the dans la chambre, chaque jour javais des problèmes avec la carte de la chambre qui se démagnétisait.
En plus en partant je n’ai pas retrouvé ma trousse de toilette néanmoins le personnel reste sympa et professionnel.

This Hotel provides great price for quality service. Due to its proximity to Campo 24 Augusto metro station you can easily access wherever you want in Porto and can easily reach the Hotel from Airport. The strength of this Hotel is its Management Team and excellent service. I would name Marina for her outstanding attitude to making our stay even more comfortable. The check-in was quick and although we had early arrival our junior suite was ready. We were give an upgrade to superior junior suite thanks to Marina and the GM - Mr Martins. The room had breathtaking views of Porto and provided great comfort! We had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was large enough for two kids. The rooms here are equipped with separate air-conditioners, which we did not use because of good weather. We had half board and I would emphasize that both breakfasts and dinners were of superb quality. The staff were quick and polite. The Hotel has pools and restaurants that offer lunch also. There is a huge supermarket Continente with its bakery that is only 2-3 minutes away from the Hotel. Also, the City Sightseeing bus has its departing point easily accessible from the Hotel just at 10 minutes walking distance . One may also prefer to reach the Old City with its jewels by walking some 25 minutes. Overall this Hotel is a great place to stay.

A cama não e tao confortavel como seria de esperar e entrava luz nos quartos. o facto de a reserva so dar acesso a uma hora de spa tambem considero negativo, assim como o facto do estacionamento ser pago. O pequeno almoço é muito variado e os funcionários estão sempre a repor a comida.

Definitivamente não indicaria o hotel pelo péssimo serviço. Cometemos o erro de ficar duas vezes e posso dizer com propriedade. Os atendentes são rudes, tentei por uma hora e meia marcar o spa e ao descer fui informado que havia fechado 5min atrás. O que me deixou ainda mais irritado já que ao descer não havia atendente no balcão quando cheguei; e, quando finalmente surgiu ainda atendeu um senhor inglês que estava atrás de mim na fila. Ultrajante, apesar do quarto ser razoável, não pretendo cometer o erro de voltar pela terceira vez.

O hotel é localizado perto do centro de Porto, o predio é moderno num complexo empresarial; mas os elogios param por ai. Os quartos antiquados precisam de renovaçao. Carpete, moveis e ar condicionados velhos. Banheiras antigas. Chuveiros que lembram biqueiras; nao saem muita agua. Você paga por um hotel 4 estrelas e recebe o conforto de um 3 estrelas no maximo.

Ho soggiornato al Vila Gale' di Oporto durante un tour. Hotel eccelente per servizi, igiene e cibo. Ma la cosa più gradita è stata la sorpresa , all'arriva, di trova gli auguri di buon compleanno con una bottiglia di ottimo vino bianco e 2 fette di Torta Sacher buonissime. Grazie ancora!!!. Ci rivedremo in futuro.
