A fairly complete hotel, it is not in the center and the area at night is very lonely, very good facilities, very nice rooms, good value for money, good breakfast. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then yes and then yes we had to pay city taxes. I explained and showed that I had already paid them but according to them, Trip had not paid them so I had to pay them again, which left me a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and they overheat and turn off after 30 seconds and stop working for up to 3 minutes, so it's better to bring a hairdryer.

Location close to the center of Porto. Very friendly and polite staff. Spacious and clean room. Perfect hotel to sleep and enjoy the city although the views are not the best, they overlooked an interior patio, yes, economic price, so the value for money was perfect.

Front of house staff were excellent. Restaurant information was very helpful.
I cannot say property was perfect because the elevator close to lobby didn’t work. This meant hauling bags up four steps. Otherwise, we enjoyed our three day stay. Thank you.
