O hotel é bom pelo preço que paguamos. Mas tinha alguns probleminhas, o chuveiro nao esquentava, falei com o pessoal da recepção, mas nao resolveu. A luz do quarto estava queimada e continuou queimada. Mas é super proximo ao centro, bem localizado, tem estacionamento, o cafe da manha tem tudo que vc precisa, entao eu recomendo sim.

Indico para quem procura custo benefício na cidade. Sem extravagâncias, tudo muito simples, quartos limpos, uma boa área externa no piso superior para quem vai com amigos. Atendimento não é ruim, mas concordo que o pessoal podia se esforçar um pouco mais.

We lost our room access card and when we went to request another one, the attendant was very rude. He gave my husband a piece of paper to sign without explaining that the hotel charges 30.00 for a lost card. He just said to sign it and if he found it, return it and they would refund it. The other day I went to talk to the attendant, he looked at me and laughed ironically, saying nonsense. In the end, I left it aside. Another bad situation was that we spent the week being shocked by the bathroom tap and we informed reception, without success, about 3 times. I would also like to warn you that the cookies in the jar in the coffee room are moldy. Finally, a hotel to never return to.

Excellent accommodation. Large room, always clean. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent.
As a point of improvement, I only put the TV in the room, which is very small. But nothing that changes the total experience: excellent experience!
