"I was hosted at the Chamamé Hostel during the Easter holiday and I simply loved the experience! The hostel is super charming, very careful and with a warm climate that makes us feel at home. The breakfast was perfect, all staff were attentive, sympathetic and always ready to help. The swimming pool area is a great place to relax after the trips, and the location is also excellent, near the center and with easy access to the main attractions of Bonito. I will certainly return and recommend much to whoever wants a quiet and comfortable stay in Bonito!"

"Lovely garden and pool area. The grounds are well maintained and staff is friendly. Unfortunately not the rooms are in very poor state. Our first room smelled like pee!!! And the alternative room we got was smaller, was not sound insulated at all despite being close to the pool, was very dated and had a cold shower and an aircon unit with a mind of it's own. If the hotel would renovate the rooms this would be a great place to stay, and they could charge a premium too. Unfortunate experience."

"If you are going to Bonito, one of the 7 wonders of Brazil, you certainly wouldn't stay in this place. I bought a package deal with Bonitour Travel and they stuck me in this Camara Suites. Thankfully, I didn't stay and moved to a much better Pousada. The room had no windows, there was an unbelievable smell of chemicals which gave me a headache within 5 minutes from opening the room door. There was not a single shelf to put clothes on, or a wardrobe or anything. Only one ceiling lights, wall plugs not working. The pool looked more like a bathtub, the image on their website is misleading. The walls were dark, dirty, old with terrible floors, it was like a mortuary, very depressing to say the least. The corridors were like a hospital, just awful! I cannot imagine anyone wanting to stay there. Se você estiver indo para Bonito, uma das 7 maravilhas do Brasil, certamente não se hospedaria neste lugar. Comprei um pacote com a Bonitour Travel e eles me colocaram neste Camara Suites. Ainda bem que não fiquei e mudei para uma pousada bem melhor. O quarto não tinha janelas, havia um cheiro inacreditável de produtos químicos que me deu dor de cabeça 5 minutos depois de abrir a porta do quarto. Não havia uma única prateleira para colocar roupas, nem guarda-roupa, nem nada. Apenas uma luz de teto, buchas não funcionam. A piscina parecia mais uma banheira, a imagem no site deles é enganosa. As paredes eram escuras, sujas, velhas com pisos horríveis, parecia um necrotério, muito deprimente para dizer o mínimo. Os corredores pareciam um hospital, simplesmente horríveis! Não consigo imaginar ninguém querendo ficar lá. ​"

"I won the trip of my company, and I was very happy with the accommodation of the site, all the receptionists and other staff were very careful whenever we need. We went to all the restaurants we wanted to walk, which indicates the good location. The only point I would recommend an adaptation is the breakfast time. I think closing at 9 a.m. is very early, although it was not a problem for us."

"If you want to stay in an eco-friendly hotel in Bonito, you should stay at Hotel Pousada Arizona. We, as tourists, need also to protect the environment by staying in a hotel that allows a bird like this toucan in the pictures (taken at the hotel) to have a habitat full of trees (not these cold hotels without nature), despite being close to Bonito's downtown (just some minutes walking). The hotel is cozy, charming, spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly (especially Luan who stays during the day). I can't find words to describe how pleasant it was to stay at this hotel, which deserves much more than five stars, it is just incomparable. No doubt to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Bonito/MS."
