During our trip to France we had car trouble. That's how we ended up with our family (2 adults, 2 children) in Bonn and eventually at the Zur Post hotel. No one was present upon arrival, but by calling the telephone number that was taped to the door, someone arrived quite quickly. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to book a very nice and large family room. It ended up being two nights, because it took a little longer before we could get replacement transportation. We were able to continue using our room on the last day without having to pay extra. (Check-out time 11 a.m., ultimately leaving the room at 4 p.m.) Very nice that we were looked after so well. Top service and very happy with this location after the car breakdown.
