"I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. It was Saturday and I could not get internet from outside (to buy SIM card or something like this. All day I watched TV, couldn’t do anything"

"There is need to improve on the check in times . I ended up not checking in because my flight was delayed and they insisted that checking in time was between 4pm - 7 pm . I ended up booking elsewhere to cater for my flight that was landing around 9 pm ."

"Came with twin beds and complimentary sparkling water. There is a fridge in the room. Tip: walk in the opposite direction of the town area to the end where there is a lift to go up to the street level and the hotel will be on the right. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Lobby is spacious."

"Also, vieles ganz gut, aber für den Preis aber bisschen ein Witz. 40/Nacht für ein 3qm Zimmer mit Gmeinschaftsdusche außerhalb des Zentrums, dabei jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören (und dadurch halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können weil andere Gäste eine alkoholisierte Nacht hatten, finde ich dann leider mau. Aber sonst ist das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das hat dann fast schon wieder gut gemacht."

"Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal ! Liegt schön zentral zur Altstadt. Straßenbahn kann für geräuschempfindliche Gäste nicht so schön sein. Aus-einladen von Gepäck, ist etwas schwierig. Personal aber sehr unterstützend. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung."

The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊"

"The hotel is next to the old town center of the old town hall historical building. It is a few minutes walk to the former residence of Beethoven, the University of Bonn, and the Rhine River. Very German historical hotel. Breakfast is rich, dining around the hotel, shopping, are very convenient. The front desk service is warm."
