Toller Empfang,Zimmer entsprach exakt der Beschreibung,super Frühstück,obwohl nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren gab es alles was das Herz begehrt und es wurde sogar noch nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt.Ein rundum erholsamer und toller Aufenthalt im Sternhotel.

How this hotel got 4 * is unbelievable. The rooms are almost like dorm rooms in college, with the same furniture and some with a sink in the room. The bathroom fan is extremely noisy and takes a long time to stop. The breakfast has a decent amount of options but nothing changes from one day to another, absolutely nothing. Same dried eggs and same types of cheese and meat. Not even one salad.

Lampe an der Decke klappert, wenn im Zimmer darüber jemand geht, Fön riecht nach Urin, Luftanlage in der Dusche brummt so laut dass man nur noch raus möchte.

A very imposing exterior hides a dated and tired interior. We booked a junior suite, the furniture was from a previous decade and for a hotel of this grade air conditioning should be available, alas only a large and noisy fan. No walk in shower, just a flimsy curtain over the bath.
Walking around the corridors is similar to being in a old hospital, stark decoration and old metal fire doors
The breakfast was good if a little expensive for what you got but a decent selection nonetheless
Lastly the reception personal were pleasant and helpful,

This hotel is in a really great central location in Bonn, on the market square and also not far from the river and the main station. I stayed in a single room which was quite basic but comfortable and fine. I didn't have the breakfast as it seems expensive and there are many cafes nearby.
