Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Berg. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind alle frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist korrekt und freundlich. Das kleine Frühstück durchaus ausreichend. Prima Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel und das Restaurant erfüllen haargenau ihr Versprechen. Zimmer 205 im Neubau geräumig, supersauber, Betten groß und bequem, TV und WLAN perfekt. Bad mit wunderbarer Prasseldusche. Restaurant bürgerlich gemütlich, deftige ehrliche rheinische Küche. Sauerbraten wirklich gelungen. Service sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Online-Anmeldung problemlos.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 206 im Neubau. Blitzsauber, großes Bad, bequemes Bett und Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Auf Wunsch Parkplatz mit Videoüberwachung. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir hierhin zurück!

Ich konnte aufgrund Privater Umstände, die Übernachtung nicht antreten. Das Hotel hat 100% einbehalten mit der Begründung man hätte den Bedingungen zugestimmt und die Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Ich reise, wenn es die Umstände zulassen, viel und SOWAS habe ich noch nie erlebt! Auf mehrmaligen Versuch wenigstens 50% zurückzuerhalten, da das Hotel KEINERLEI Mühe wegen mir hatte, verwies man mich auf ihren Anwalt. Eine Einigung wollte man nicht erzielen.
