The rooms in the new building have air conditioning, which is ideal in warm temperatures. New room furnishings, comfortable bed, had a single room. The bathroom had no door to the rest of the room, but as a single user it was no problem, access from the hallway. Breakfast coffee, rolls, sausage, cheese, jam, cereal, orange juice, simple but I don't have any other breakfast at home. Service very attentive, friendly, if something is missing they will refill it. Breakfast times from 6:45 a.m., good if you are staying overnight for work, you can have breakfast in peace and start the working day.
Bonn-Beuel city center is easy to reach on foot.

The room was very noisy. It was close to the entrance and you could hear every word from there. When I asked for a kettle or something similar at around 7:30 in the morning, unfortunately no one could help me.

Friendly receptionist. Very clean accommodation. Nice room. Stairs were a bit difficult with a heavy case and air con would be marvelous even if it cost more.
Excellent hotel but a bit difficult to find as it is set back from the road with no sign on the main road.
They are constructing some new rooms at the back which look fabulous.

Unfriendly staff who even become aggressive after criticism. Our room had no electricity, the problem was not taken seriously and we were not helped. There was also no telephone or TV in the room - but it would have been pointless without electricity. There are no parking spaces if the few parking spaces at the hotel are full.
