I write a review about this superb Hotel very regularly as my wife and I stay quite a few times a month due to business. Unfortunately, on our latest stay they were upgrading their computer systems which caused a few issues such as receiving random emails from IHG and key access dropping out on each day of our stay. Also, the TV in the room did not work in the evenings due I understand to a fault with a Hotel transformer. All these issues were caused by technical faults which was out of the control of the staff of the Hotel. They all did their very best to correct, were so apologetic, and offered a gesture of goodwill. This really is a hotel with staff who know how to treat and look after their customers.

Hotel was clean an location was not far from chassington and also the staff was amazing they warm our food for us was too late an we had our 4 year old son breakfast was okay was a buffet service overall the whole place is nice clean an staffs are amazing

We have a pleasant stay of two nights at he hotel since the school leaver's ball was held at the racing course, so it is just a 2 minutes of driving distance from the hotel to the venue. The space of the interior is adequate for 2 adults + sofa bed for my daughter, toilet is nice and clean with good brand of shampoo and bath gel. Free parking space was provided as well. Breakfast are excellent and full of choices in corn flakes, bread and juice. Especially the tomatoes were tasty.
