"As normal excellent service. Such a friendly but professional attitude from all staff, with a great breakfast included in price. Rooms clean with all facilities you would want on a business trip. Still no restaurant for evening meal but they do offer pizza’s, and there is an excellent restaurant across road."

"There are 226 countries in the world and to date I have visited 179. As a result of renovating a house that we have just purchased my wife and I have been here for a month and will probably be here for another 3 weeks. This hotel is well run and tightly managed by Mr Arslan. Naveed and Sharvira, his deputies are super stars and nothing is too much trouble for them. Premier Inn are very lucky to employ them. Just a few others worthy of mention are Ludmilla, Martin, Nina and Fiona. Even trying to be critical it is impossible to find a fault with any of the staff. All of them have made us feel at home and have bent over backwards to look after us. I would highly recommend it, not just for its location but also as it is very reasonably priced and very safe. The shops and the station are literally a few minutes walk away. This is probably the best managed and reasonably priced hotel in Surrey. "The reception staff were very welcoming and we appreciated the free parking and free wi-fi provided. The room and bathroom were a decent size and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and servicing of the room. It also smelled very musty which was probably due to a very ineffective extractor fan in the bathroom. When we arrived, we had to ask for shower gel as the bottle was missing and the toilet paper dispenser had very little paper in it - certainly not enough for two people for 2 days!! There were also some hairs in the bath - yuck! The room was very dusty and had clearly not been cleaned properly in a while."
