Premier Inn Epsom Central

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much travel but the hotel both outside and rooms needs a serious makeover. The bedding, rooms and bathroom were clean but very ‘tired’ and shabby looking - not what you normally get from a Premier Inn . Such a shame because it wold be nice to give the staff 5 stars

Usual Premier standard nice clean rooms and good to have a couple of chairs so you have a relaxing area to watch TV. Would be good if Oat milk or other plant based milks offered other than soya at breakfast now more people are plant based instead of dairy. Breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable room (and bed), with prompt check-in. Pleasant, efficient staff. Enjoyable, good value full breakfast. Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Epsom (and railway station).

Stayed here many times, we drive up from Devon and use the train to get into Central London and have THE BEST TIME every time. Its a short walk to the station and in 30 mins you're in Waterloo. Breakfast in the restaurant sets you up for the day.

Great place, room looks and smells really nice, very easy to check in and the leds in the room have a great vibrance nice touch, nice place will definitely come again if I am ever in London as it is a nice place to relax after a long five hour journey.

!st room hadn't been cleaned 2nd room toilet seat was broken, the cleaners had lfinished work but not told the check in clerk which rooms hadn't been cleaned or checked we also had quite a long wait to check in as he was the only staff on duty

When we arrived they had not booked us for the correct room. We booked a twin and they gave us a double so we had to wait for the night shift staff member to make up an additional bed. The room was jot cleaned properly. There was a tobacco packet on top of the wardrobe, talc on the bathroom floor and urine stains on the underneath of toilet seat. The room was dated and needed alot of tlc. Curtains hanging off the runner, dirty carpet and chips in furniture and walls. The bed was so uncomfortable and not like the beds in other premier inns I've stayed in. Told the morning staff member of the problems and she didnt seem bpthered or even apologise, she just gave me guest relations number. Would definitely not return.

Note worthy friendly service all-round especially James at reception, checking in with him actually adds to the trip experience, breakfast across at the Haywain good and pretty decent vegan options (could add a vegan croissant or two though lol). If I've ever needed e.g. a tray for breakfast everyone is very accommodating.
