Quality Hotel Grand, Borås Reviews

I'm deaf person and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we talked by writing in notebook too, and breakfast was yummy :) I was there in a expensive weekend than to other weekends, but what to do.. But the view from the window at the night was nice and making us calm. Unfortunately there in the TV I couldn't find subtitles in English language.

The actual room type did not match the booked room type. I booked a family room with a double bed + bunk beds; the actual room type was just a double bed. The hotel front desk reported that there are no family rooms And there is no charging plug near the bedside
