The facilities were clean and tidy, although a bit overpriced in comparison to the actual amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff!

As fotografias não retratam a realidade. O hotel é grande, o café da manhã é bom para os padrões de hotéis na França. O restaurante é bem mediano. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, mas o carpete do quarto é sujo e desgastado. O colchão é velho e esburacado e o travesseiro ruim

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre dite supérieure !! Le séjour a très mal commencé dès notre accueil avec une hôtesse mal aimable sans le moindre sourire et un ton sec. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont très accueillantes (elles) par contre notre chambre au 2 ème étage confortable au niveau de la literie était dotée d'une salle de bain des plus vieillotte porte papier toilettes arraché sèche cheveux d'un autre temps et des serviettes aussi rêches que notre accueil à notre arrivée. Le personnel du petit déjeuner par contre est lui très professionnel et aimable . La qualité des produits proposés est très convenable et le cadre de la salle très agréable. Le parking privé est fort appréciable malheureusement quand vous arrivez avec des valises i n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour accéder à la réception et la dizaine de marches quand vous avez des problèmes mobilité pose de réels problèmes. A notre départ le personnel de réception vous récupère vos cartes de chambre sans même vous avoir demandé si votre séjour s'est bien passé.il semblerait que nous sommes que des numéros de chambre !!!

Un hôtel mercure de qualité situé dans le quartier des Chartrons avec le tramway ligne C pas loin de l’hôtel Très bel accueil , un très bon petit déjeuner type buffet et accès facile en voiture avec la possibilité de se garer dans le parking de l’hôtel

Bel endroit mais avec une réception pas tres aimable , 2 jours dans cet hôtel sans que le ménage soit fait dans ma chambre ni les draps et serviettes, une fois que je fait la remarque on me réponds que personne ne peut venir la faire ! Femme de ménage qui te réveil à 10h alors que la sortie est prévu à 12h Ils ne trouvent aucune solutions puis vu que je suis parti sans payer ma deuxième nuit ils s’osent retirer sur la carte d’une personne qui était avec moi sans savoir notre lien ni nous appelez avant ! Mais Parcontre pour me forcer à payer la nuit c’est le premier à m’écrire en message ! Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel ils ont des retours très négatives sur peins de sites
