The location is close to the boulevards, the CHU and the center of Bordeaux (Mériadeck), it benefits above all from a very practical tram stop almost at the foot of the residence. The apartment is large and benefits from several closed spaces (entrance hall with shower room-WC / hallway-kitchen / then the bedroom with side table and cupboard). Good soundproofing. Big bed. Having only needed a one night business stay with a late arrival, I met no one other than the reception who was quick and efficient. 90 euros: good for a longer stay when you use all the possibilities of the place.

À fuir. Malgré un accueil agréable, hôtel miteux, couloirs malodorants et surtout, malgré des chambres non fumeurs, l’impression d’avoir passé la nuit dans un cendrier. La douche s’est transformée en fumoir pendant la nuit, des reflux des chambres voisines ? Hygiène douteuse, autant aller en auberge de jeunesse.

- doccia (doccino con un getto davvero limitatissimo, segnalato in reception, in procinto della sostituzione a metà gennaio, quindi 10 giorno dopo il mio check-out)
- letto/cuscini
- una pulizia della camera in 6 giorni/5 notti senza il cambio asciugamani, era disponibile solo a pagamento
- interruttore per luci da lettura/applique solo da un lato del letto e il fatto che non si potesse tenere accesa solo una delle due lampade

Dans le cadre du travail, logé dans cet appart city. C'est vraiment limite. Le ménage n'est pas fait ou à la va vite. Le sol est noir pour l'avoir fait moi même. Le frigo est dans un état... La hotte n'en parlons pas. La cafetière retrouvée avec du café moisi dedans. Quant aux toilettes.... Il manque toujours des serviettes, draps ou poubelle. Certaines personnes de la réception sont vraiment très gentilles et accueillantes, d'autres vraiment moins.

Attention la porte du lave vaisselle de notre appartement ne s'ouvrait pas. Et pommeau de douche trop petit, le jet etait trop concentré, impossible pour des personnes au cheveux longs de se laver les cheveux et les rincer correctement. Sinon très propre, assez confortable, personnel acceuillant

Me and 6 other people stayed at this "hotel", in total we used 3 rooms. None of them had enough water pressure in the shower, which produced less water than the thinness of a drinking straw. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide face towels and does not provide enough towels per room (fewer towels than guests). We booked a room/apartment with 2 beds and what we got was a bed and a sofa bed that we had to figure out how to put together. The staff are super grumpy and don't really care about the guests' stay. We don't recommend ANYONE to stay here, it will just ruin your vacation.
