Personnel de réception incompétent qui nous a chargé la mauvaise carte de crédit .puis rechargé une carte sans que j’ai reçu le remboursement à ce jour. Aucune communication .Ils ont fait leur tambouille sans informer la personne titulaire de la carte. Aucune considération vis à vis de nous. Un échange téléphonique avec la cheffe de réception qui n’a rien voulu savoir. Il n’en ont eu rien à faire du moment que le chambre était payée. Aucun geste commercial. Bref si vous avez un problème, ça n’est pas leur problème.

Je suis Monsieur Moreau ,ayant pris une chambre Corner a plus de 200€ je n’ai jamais réussi a dormir de toute la nuit car il y’a eu de la musique toute nuit a cause des boite de nuit qui etait juste en face de la chambre , je l’ai pourtant préciser plusieurs fois au personnel de l’hotel qui n’ont jamais reussi a trouver une solution ni meme proposer un changement de chambre, je trouve sa inadmissible

Très bon hôtel, bien placé, accueil chaleureux et professionnel, bon rapport qualité prix. Cet hôtel est très fonctionnel avec de nombreux espaces de travail ou de réunion. La salle du petit déjeuner et la terrasse panoramique avec vue sur les bassins à flots et un vrai plus.
