Le Palais Gallien Hotel & Spa

The price of the newly renovated hotel in 2018 is similar to that of InterContinental. I chose this hotel because of the decoration style. The result is that the experience of an express hotel is not good, the soundproofing is not good, the room is not big, and the accommodation experience is very poor. The decoration of InterContinental is old. I will choose InterContinental next time. The location is inconvenient and very It’s troublesome. It’s very convenient to eat and walk in the city center.

Beautiful, heated and clean swimming pool, good place to relax

A very cost-effective hotel, the service team is enthusiastic and professional, and it's a great stay experience. The hotel is in a quiet alley not far from the downtown area, and the environment is very good. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

It deserves five stars. Compared with Paris hotels, it is cost-effective. Although it is not in the center of Bordeaux, the city itself is not big. You can walk anywhere. The hotel has authentic French food for dinner and first-class service. I am very satisfied.

Boutique hotel that fully deserves its five stars. We were taken care of by young, competent and attentive staff. The new part in the patio offers modern comfort with a very popular heated balcony. I recommend without hesitation.

We loved our quick stay at your establishment. Thanks to Auriane for her welcome, her sense of service and her smile, thanks to Mathis, pleasant and smiling upon arrival, thanks to Nicolas who served us a delicious rosé champagne, always with a smile....and thanks to those whose first names we don't know, like the breakfast lady with her macaroon hairstyle, very pleasant and helpful, in short, thank you all. The room was perfect, clean, well designed, we loved it. Slight downside for the SPA to whom we had to report that the products in the shower (soap and shampoo) were empty. On the other hand, I would have appreciated the ladies who work there if they had politely asked me for permission to move our things to make room for 2 other customers, rather than simply removing them from the chair we had chosen and set them aside without further ado. It's simply a question of politeness, especially in a 5* hotel. It would also be nice to clean the edge of the bubble SPA which was not entirely clean, but apart from that, perfect stay, I recommend this establishment 100%. Small suggestion however: Rename the room "Céline", this writer is too controversial to deserve the honor of giving his name to such a pretty room. Simone WEIL, the philosopher, deserves this honor which would be a nice snub.
