Stayed here for 3 nights and was happy from the get go. The lady working on check-in was extremely helpful and had very good English. I was very happy with my room which had an extremely comfy bed, a desk and chair as well as two easy chairs for reading or drinking tea. The bathroom was lovely (separate room for toilet) with a lovely shower and towels and lovely to use Nuxe toiletries. The option (of which I availed) to not have fresh towels every day is offered to. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clear and the all the staff that I encountered were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente ubicación La recepcion está siempre cambiando y pareciera que no se logra conectar con nadie. Por otro lado las habitaciones están insonorizadas lo cual permite descansar La limpieza es excelente así como los amenities tales como jabón , cremas , etc

bell'hotel ottimamente posizionato per visitare bordeaux. Camere non molto grandi ma pulite e ben accessoriate, spazi comuni adeguati. Buona la colazione con scelta di dolce e salato e servizio molto professionale e attento. Posto auto disponibile ma non per van molto alti. Nel complesso una ottima scelta

A very nice little Hotel, the hotel & rooms are clean and well appointed, nicely designed/decorated, the air con is silent which was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, for a city stay this hotel is recommended, it is a small, family hotel, limited service of course but has everything we needed, we were out all day, it is a good location, nice district, very quiet, good value for money

The location is good since it is close to the center (which is pedestrian) and has parking. The rooms are modern and the hotel staff very attentive (and they gave us good recommendations). The breakfast is correct and the garden is very pretty.

It all starts with a very well decorated entrance hall. Then, a warm and very friendly welcome, who took the time to explain everything to us and take us personally to our room. Finally, the discovery of the room, large, clean, decorated with care, perfect bedding, and adorable little courtesies of very good quality (very good tea, bottle of water, and Nuxe products with an enchanting scent). The breakfast service is up to par with the establishment. Special mention for the homemade pudding. The paid parking lot, right next to the hotel, is very practical in the city center. The hotel is located in a very pleasant area with tram and bus nearby. Our room, on the courtyard side, was perfectly peaceful! Getaway to recommend!!
