Excelente ubicación La recepcion está siempre cambiando y pareciera que no se logra conectar con nadie. Por otro lado las habitaciones están insonorizadas lo cual permite descansar La limpieza es excelente así como los amenities tales como jabón , cremas , etc

bell'hotel ottimamente posizionato per visitare bordeaux. Camere non molto grandi ma pulite e ben accessoriate, spazi comuni adeguati. Buona la colazione con scelta di dolce e salato e servizio molto professionale e attento. Posto auto disponibile ma non per van molto alti. Nel complesso una ottima scelta

A very nice little Hotel, the hotel & rooms are clean and well appointed, nicely designed/decorated, the air con is silent which was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, for a city stay this hotel is recommended, it is a small, family hotel, limited service of course but has everything we needed, we were out all day, it is a good location, nice district, very quiet, good value for money

La ubicación es buena ya que está cerca del centro (que es peatonal) y cuenta con parking. Las habitaciones son modernas y el personal del hotel muy atento (y que buenas recomendaciones nos hicieron). El desayuno es correcto y el jardín muy bonito

Tout commence par un hall d'entrée très bien décoré. Ensuite, un accueil chaleureux, et très sympathique, qui prend le temps de tout nous expliquer et de nous amener personnellement dans notre chambre. La découverte de la chambre enfin, grande, propre, décorée avec soin, une literie parfaite, et des petites courtoisies adorables et de très bonne qualité (thé très bon, bouteille d'eau, et produits Nuxe au parfum enchanteur). Le service du petit déjeuner est à la hauteur de l'établissement. Mention spéciale pour le pudding maison. Le parking payant, juste à côté de l'hôtel, est très pratique en centre ville. L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier très agréable avec tramway et bus à proximité. Notre chambre, côté cour, était parfaitement paisible ! Escapade à conseiller !!

Os funcionarios são extremamente simpaticos e gentis, o que melhorou muito a experiência.
A localização é OK, perto de transporte publico, mas nao tao perto das atraçoes turisticas (dá pra caminhar, mas o bairro nem é tao bonito). Café da manhã excelente. Quarto bom, novinho, tamanho honesto, chuveiro ótimo.
Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, que nao foi resolvido. 10 graus lá fora e o quarto quente, nem na temperatura mais baixa, o quarto esfriava (acredito que no verao deve ser um problema grave).
Em uma noite, quando chegamos, nao conseguimos abrir a porta do quarto porque a bateria da porta (aquelas que abrem com cartao) tinha acabado e eles nao conseguiam abrir o compartimento pra trocar a bateria. Ficamos mais de 2h esperando. Foram muito gentis, mas os problemas aconteceram.
