Le personnel à la réception n’est pas formé : j’ai dû insister pour ne pas payer les nuits à l’hôtel prépayées en ligne.
Ma chambre 129 n’a pas été faite pendant les 4 jours. J’ai eu des difficultés à récupérer mes factures à la réception à la fin de mon séjour .
Le personnel n’est pas formé est peu courtois. Je ne conseillerai pas votre hôtel.
Je demande une compensation pour ce manque de service.

Il manque dans la salle de bain un sèche-cheveux les serviettes de bain pas assez grande il faudrait avoir deux chaises dans la chambre pas une par contre l'emplacement est correct les restaurants à pied pour une nuit le tarif est correct je recommande

Passage pour une nuit qui fut très courte. Lit très inconfortable et très dur. Oreiller inexistant. Petit déjeuner à oublier, café infecte. Petit clin d'oeil au jus de pomme, heureusement qu'il était présent, la seule boisson qu'on ai pu avaler.
