Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning building. We had a lovely grand room with a small balcony overlooking the avenue. Slightly quirky room with the bathroom open and behind the bed, but great size and decor. Only downside was having no tea/coffee facilities in the room as they are available on the landing.

Ho soggiornato dal 1 maggio al 4 maggio con mia moglie presso questo Hotel Particulier e devo lamentare la assoluta mancanza di rispetto e cortesia per noi clienti. Mi hanno fatto pagare trenta euro in più per due colazioni NON consumate, hanno riconosciuto l'errore dopo due mie mail di sollecito, hanno promesso di versare la somma non dovuta e ... non l'hanno fatto, ahimè! Attenzione, attenzione non ci hanno rilasciato alcuna ricevuta per il soggiorno! Hotel da scartare, gestito malissimo !!!! Inaffidabili al 100%

We had 4 nights at the Hotel Particulier and could not have been happier. We stayed in the Victorie room overlooking the beautiful courtyard. It was sensational. Really nice room with all of the amenities, and a lot of space to spare. Honestly cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they were really nice and friendly, and extremely helpful.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is so very unique and charming, the staff was wonderful and the breakfasts were fantastic. I love the ancient qualities mixed with modern amenities. And the location is PERFECT. Merci beaucoup.

Las dos habitaciones que hemos tenido eran muy bonitas y cómodas, muy agradables y con cocina. El desayuno un poco escaso. Un joven de Bilbao que estaba de prácticas, Adonai, ha sido encantador con nosotras. Tuvimos un problema con el parking y Tomás, el recepcionista, nos acompañó hasta solucionarlo. Muchas gracias.

O hotel tem uma localização super central, a apenas um minuto da catedral, o que não poderia ser melhor. Além disso, a linha de tram que liga ao aeroporto passa na praça da catedral (paragem Hôtel de Ville). O staff da receção foi bastante simpático no check-in e no check-out. O quarto era enorme e bem climatizado. No entanto, ocorreu um problema grave durante o pequeno-almoço. À hora em que supostamente deveria abrir, havia apenas duas ou três opções de comida disponíveis. Ou tivemos azar, ou a forma como o pequeno-almoço é gerido não é recomendada para madrugadores. Resumindo e concluindo, não recomendo este hotel porque o pequeno-almoço não está ao nível das instalações, que têm bastante potencial turístico.

Absolutely perfect location and filled with charm. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not have been any more helpful. A very comfortable apartment will everything that was needed. Loved the courtyard which was peaceful and quiet after a day wandering through the city.

I’ll start with the positive: this is a great location, most everything is walkable and a tram stop is just down the street for places that are not. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. And now the less positive: we stayed in a “Superior Studio.” The fisheye-lens photos are deceiving: the room is much smaller, especially the shower and sink area. The room needs renovation, with peeling and chipped paint and floors that look as if they haven’t been refinished this century. The layout also is unusual. The toilet is right off the kitchenette but the sink and shower are on the other side of the room. After using the toilet, one must walk through the kitchenette and room to get to the sink to wash one’s hands. We didn’t need air conditioning in March but it looked like there is none.

hotel centralissimo di fianco alla cattedrale. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Camille che è stata davvero cordiale. La camera spaziosa e silenziosa, bello anche il cortile interno non sfruttato causa pioggia. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione per cui non so dire. Prezzo un pò sopra la media.
