El personal es muy amable y se esfuerza por hablarte en español, muy céntrico en zona tranquila. Habitación con cama muy cómoda . Dimensiones no muy grandes, elevado importe de habitación eso si acorde con precios de la ciudad. Con ascensor, sin nevera. Nuestra habitación, la 26 con ruido proveniente del baño, no se si del edificio o del contiguo, que se moderaba cerrando la puerta pero persistente y constante. Convenio con parking cercano a 4 min andando por 20 euros día. No desayunamos, no podemos opinar. Sin nevera. Te dejan para café pero no agua, aunque si se podía comprar .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel de Tourney. We wanted to explore the wine regions of Bordeaux.. When I reached out to query them about this, they put me in touch with Ben. Not only was he an excellent tour guide, but he had several years experience in the wine industry, which made, the tour that much more meaningful. The hotel itself is quite nice. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They speak fluent English, so there was no problem with communication. Breakfast was always fresh and there was an ample variety. The rooms with the balcony we’re a bit more spacious so if you were looking for that option, then you might request those. I would most definitely recommend this as a good value hotel in Bordeaux.

Albergo molto carino e pulito ma troppo caro per il servizio che offre. Nel bagno non aveva un set per pulizia di viso ni anche una cuffie per fare la doccia. La ventilazione della stanza WC non funzionava. Per ultimo, il prezzo differenziato della colazione per questi chi hanno prenotato con BOOKING. Poteva fare un po di attenzione!

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Bordeaux L'accueil est parfait ;La jeune femme a l'accueil est très agréable et nous a donné des conseils avisés pour visiter le centre ville et pour notre dîner. Notre chambre était calme et décorée avec goût et très propre.La literie est confortable (nous avons été surclassés) Le petit déjeuner reste très bon avec bon rapport qualité/prix

The hotel and staff were perfect. It was in a quiet area close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and were responsive to all of our requests. The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning and an elevator were available.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet at night for sleeping and exceptionally clean. However, in my humble opinion, the hotel lacks soul and warmth as it's decor is dull and lacks brightness. There is no bar and the small area at the reception desk where guests can sit is not really somewhere you'd wish to spend some quiet time reading a book. The rooms are grey and dull yet very clean and reasonably well equipped. On that basis, I don't think it's worth the money for what you get and would I stay again ... probably not. For me and my wife, it's more of a guest house than a hotel
