The location is very convenient, many cafes, restaurants, shops and a big supermarket are within walkable distance.
And the interior design is so cosy, very nice.

The hotel location is very good and safe in the center of Bordeaux. The street is quieter at night. My room has a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and clean. Very professional attitude towards guests and helpful in everything.
To be improved: if the curtains in the room are dirty, the reception girl is slow and not very helpful.

Hôtel très sympathique, situé dans le carré d'or de Bordeaux. L'accueil est très agréable et rapide (toujours quelqu'un de présent à l'accueil c'est appréciable). La déco du hall est attrayante. La chambre (twin cosy) est suffisante, bien décorée et bien entretenue, notamment la salle de bain. Mais quelques détails viennent gâcher l'expérience. Il n'y a par exemple quasiment pas de penderie, les quelques cintres disponibles gênent en plus l'ouverture de la porte (heureusement que je n'avais pas de beaux costumes à prendre). La salle de bain ne dispose pas de poubelle. Et la chambre qui donne sur la rue était un peu bruyante par moment (même si la rue est heureusement peu fréquentée). Et la literie pourrait être plus confortable (surtout les oreillers). Pour le petit-déjeuner, la salle est très belle et accueillante, le rapport qualité-prix est assez moyen, mais le choix est assez large pour que tout le monde y trouve son compte. Globalement très content du séjour.

Très bonne experience, pourquoi pas un uniforme ou un vêtement aux couleurs de l'hôtel konti, pour refléter davantage l'image d'un 4* Consigne gratuite très appréciée, ainsi que les petits jus en chambre ! (Une petite tourterelle a élu domicile dans le plafond de la salle de bain de la chambre 405 ;))
