This was the best hotel we stayed at during a 1-month vacation in Southern France. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff superb, our room was spacious and well stocked with high quality amenities. The bedding was excellent, the bath towels soft and heavy, and the breakfast excellent. I could not have asked for a better combination of factors to make our 3-night stay more enjoyable. One note: not all rooms are accessible by elevator.

Our 5 nights at Le Boutique Hotel were amongst the best stays we have had in France, and we have spent time in at least two other 5 star establishments. The almost immediate intimacy of your beautifully appointed, situated and decorated hotel and spa was personified by Paul, whose help, guidance, assistance and knowledge of what attractions and restaurants deserved visiting, was unparallelled in our concierge experience. Indeed, every member of the LBH team - Numa, Laur, Holie, Zayeed (aka Mr. Z) and Mâcha - made it clear that your mandate is to ensure every guest’s comfort and convenience. We congratulate you on what appears to be the maintaining of the standard one expects at an establishment of such rating. Bravo et merci beaucoup. If we are fortunate enough to return to Bordeaux, there is no question about where we would stay and we will certainly recommend LBH to any family member or friend desiring to visit Bordeaux.

La Boutique and Spa is a wonderful hotel. The service is excellent and the staff very attentive to everything. The room was impeccable, with very nice amenities. The morning breakfast was very delicious, well prepared and again the service was excellent. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city. A short Tram D, trip from the train station.

Such a wonderful little hotel. We used our stay there as a base for day-trips in the region. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was delightful, especially the bed. Best few nights sleep of an eleven day trip. Will definitely book again in the future.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous location in the heart of Bordeaux. We loved our beautiful room with the many thoughtful touches and personalised experience. Amazingly huge bed, lovely linens and all spotlessly clean. We also loved breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Would have no hesitation in staying here again next time we are in Bordeaux.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel on our honeymoon. Paul and his team really understand service. They also decorated our suite with rose petals and balloons - a nice touch. This place is clean, well decorated, great breakfast and great service. We will be staying there again!

Our decision to visit Bordeaux (from Paris) was made without any planning. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff and the concierge arranged our entire stay including dinner reservation, driver/tour guide for day trip to Saint-Emilion. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Nice room and very confortable bed.
Good qualitu and variety of foods for breakfast
I don't like the complementary services.
No fitness center no swimming pool.
Saturday night the front door before 1 am was closed.
