We stayed just one night, my wife, my daughter and me. The house is very pleasant and the owner is very friendly and available. The room was perfect. We were able to park in an alley right next to the house. Very pleasant access via a bright, leafy courtyard! We warmly recommend this house.

Very good location close to the central station. Amazing friendly host, explains everything you need to know. Gives very good hints and addresses. Full delicious breakfast. You feel like at home and not in a hotel. It‘s very personal and intimate.

La Halte Montaigne is very well situated for the train station and trams to get into the centre of Bordeaux. It is a charming and spacious place to stay with substantial breakfasts. Isabelle was very knowledgable and took great interest and time in introducing us to the city and its attractions. We would whole heartedly recommend. Thank you.

This place is run by a very welcoming host who is knowledgeable and passionate about Bordeaux and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful pleasant place to stay in Bordeaux, located within walking distance to Bordeaux St Jean, central train station.

L'hébergement était très confortable et propre. J'ai été très bien accueilli par l'hôte. Le petit déjeuner compris était très copieux et délicieux. En résumé, mon séjour à la Halte Montaigne a été parfait !

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. La décoration est soignée et la propreté impeccable. Accueil d'Isabelle parfait. Très à l'écoute et endroit très bien tenu. Peut être qu'une isolation phonique des chambres serait un plus !

Estupenda estancia de 3 noches en esta casa, buen desayuno y habitaciones muy amplia, Isabelle muy amable y nos facilito la estancia nos facilito información sobre la ciudad y donde comer bien y a buen precio, un desayuno muy bueno y abundante. Todo perfecto, para repetir.

La Halte Montaigne est une grande maison dans bordeaux pas loin de la gare. Isabelle est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Je recommande sans hésitation.
