The Hotel is very well situated in Borlänge, The Breakfast is very good and the staff very service minded. - Greedy froM Hotel to charge overnite staying guest for parking the car outside the Hotel???- No real Christmas or NewYears decorations, They could have done something to boost the guests?- The communication between Front desk and guest must be improved, we had an embarrasing situation in the Relax , due to unclear information. The room were to small. I h booked in November.. I spoke with staff because of the bubblepool already the ,was out of order.. It shoudnt take 6 weeks to fix that?- Actually I booked the hotel because of the existing bubble pool:(
