The service of the Horseshoe was okay. The only thing that they miss doing is the little details of the room. They have no trash bin in the bathroom. The trash bin in the room has no plastic covers. The bathtub has drips of shampoo. They put in little toiletries. There was no welcome water or coffee sachets in the room. We only have 3 pillows in the room. We enjoyed our sleep. The bed was comfy. The room was lovely. I like the design of the hotel. They have different restaurants to choose from. They have a ceiling that is cloud-painted. The fountain at the facade of the hotel looked interesting.

This is the hotel in the casino, with very convenient transportation. The price/performance ratio is good. Parking is free, but you have to pay an additional resort fee. The hotel is clean and the room is large.
