The room is clean and tidy.. but I've requested twin beds. Instead, they gave me a king bed type.. but it's okay.. other than that, everything is good.

Nice hotel and have a good facilities of fitness center. Only the pool operation hour is up to 17.00 no more allowed to be in due to no guard.

Always good for family staycation during school holiday. Gramed is just walking distance.

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

Location is very good. Next to hotel. Theres mal. Is easy to find food. Breakfast is indonesia and western food. Pools is also very nice.

Very nice and comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights while in Yogyakarta. The location of the hotel is good, relatively near the train station, and in the center of the city. The hotel environment is modern and clean. It gives relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are rather spacious and comfortable. I’d recommend to stay there.
