It is a clean apar**ent. It's not a hotel. So no hotel service. Locate in Chinatown. Very convenient if you like Chinese food. Walking distance to the mall and movie theater

Although I fully paid for my accommodation 5 bays before booking day, I was not on the list of guests and was not allowed to check in by the security guard. I was left on the streets alone in a city I don't know on a cold and rainy evening.

Convenient and spacious. Close to Chinatown subway station and South Station.
The only substantial critique I would offer is the quality and comfort of the bedroom mattress is poor.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. After travelling for a quite a while, it was convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes in the room's machines using the provided power. The keys were a slight nuisance to carry around though.

Great property although I booked the wrong dates and was unable to get a refund. Walkable and safe. Rooms are large with high ceilings.
