The staff is incredible, the facility is beautiful and spotless! The rooms are amazing! Great location and vibe. I will never stay anywhere other than here next trip to Boston! Everything is perfect! Jason Palouch, the manager is an all star!

One room not upgraded because double beds. No reason for second room not being upgraded. Only massage option available was 11a on day of checkout. Room temperature defaulted to 58F without any temperature adjustments. Had to warm room to 65F, which was successful, but very odd for summer. Otherwise, excellent experience with excellent staff all around. Tremendous room cleaning services, tremendous food service both in restaurant and delivery to room, tremendously polite staff across the board.

This was not our fist stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston from the moment we arrived till the moment we check out, we are treated with care attention and thoughtfulness beyond anything I have ever experienced. We live in the area and we come in for a weekend as a staycation. The spa facilities are amazing. Everyone is skilled and thoughtful. Will definitely be going again and I recommend to everyone that they do a staycation in the city at the Manderin.

Our two recent short stays at MOBOS have been flawless. Rooms are immaculate and staff is very friendly. Tom the bellman was amazing and made our stay really memorable. Prices are steep, especially during Graduation season. If you have been to other MO hotels especially in Asia or Europe you will note that the level of service isn’t the same and even the welcome amenities are tiny compared to the rest of the world.

Every single person who we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy - from the doorman, John, to both concierges (Paul and the lovely woman whose name begins with P too) to the bellman, to all the people from in-house dining (the woman who took our orders and everyone who brought our meals to us), to all the fellas working with John out front who would never even allow us to push open a door - the end result was that felt we were incredibly well cared for. Whomever is doing the hiring there clearly is hiring people who are not just hardworking, but who are genuinely kind and friendly as well. Oh – and the room service food was really great! Beautifully plated, delicious and reasonably priced! And the neighborhood was walking distance to the swan boats and the public gardens and Newberry Street and the Mapparium. Perfect!
