So, your company never communicated back with me. Never sent me a receipt, and charged me for everything including the complimentary drinks, and the valet parking that your manager Maria Elena said she would waive. All of this and your valet parking attendant on the last day started throwing up his hands in the air and cussed because I said I did not want them to touch my car or do anything after what had happened with the valet losing an expensive key chain that means more to me than the $80-$100 dollars they cost if they can be found to replace them. I have never in all of the years I have been a Bonvoy customer had so much unprofessional conduct I have had to deal with as I did at your facility.

Although our stay is more than six months ago, it still upsets me to think about it. Being placed in an appartment on the first floor, overlooking the garbage yard and hearing every single subway train pass underneath (starting before 6 AM) at the price of a five star hotel is not customer friendly - the staff's Response to our complaints online was not either.

What a surprise. We stayed in this fully renovated hotel which was once the Custom House Tower. Great suite with views of the harbor at a very small rate. We were amazed at the good service and friendliness of the staff. Great location right next to Faneuil Hall in the business district.

This is my favorite building in Boston. My room was beautiful and the views are spectacular. The location to restaurants and the ferry makes is a perfect location. 10/10

This was our second time in two months staying at the Custom House. The location could not be better. It is such a unique property and has all the amenities that you could need with a family. We will be back!

We were only here for one nights stay but wish it was more. Very good location, within walking distance to Faneuil Hall and North End. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable! Definitely recommend!
