The hotel is located in the seaport area of Boston. There are seafood restaurants and steakhouses nearby, as well as the famous ice cream shop Taiyaki. It is within walking distance to the Boston Tea Party Museum. The hotel is beautiful and cost-effective.

The front desk is attentive for routine things but when they're receiving a frustrated customer who did not receive the expected room setup, the attitudes range from unsympathetic helplessness to a "it's not my effing problem" countenance. At this price point, the customer service better be a whole lot better than this, even if they can't fix the problem.

I stayed at the Renaissance Waterfront hotel in Seaport Boston and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is convenient, just a quick cab ride from the airport, although it might be a bit challenging during rush hour. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
