酒店很舊很破，一開始大門都沒找到，前台態度很差，而且有額外的費用沒有告知！！！後續問為什麼有額外費用沒有提前告知，客服態度也極差，也沒解決問題，完全不推薦

酒店位置很好，在市中心，後面是波士頓公園，旁邊是唐人街。房間雖然比較老了，但是打掃得還算乾淨，服務人員態度也很好。底下的大堂吧提供免費飲料和各種消遣玩具，孩子們玩得不亦樂乎。

After one night at the Newbury (we reserved 5) we checked out and moved to the Revere. Much better experience at the Revere, highly recommend. Room was nice, balcony with great views, Rebel Guild had great food and cocktails, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

TONY!!!!!! Our new best friend. College tired friends came from the North and South, by train, Uber, and car…and Tony hooked us up with drinks, inside jokes/pranks, and excellent service. Our food at the dining table was also great and not too pricey. Fav of the table was the prosciutto flatbread and rice ribs magical thing.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was even better. Our in-room dining came very quick and was presented beautifully.

Salem has been kind to accomapny me to the 14th floor to find my charger eventhough I already checked out. Abdel had checked the lost and found and contacted the room to make sure nothing was left behind. Salem helped put away the luggage and waited for us to come back from a walk.

Stayed here with my family because we were going to a show at the Orpheum Theater. The Hotel was very nice: clean, safe, centrally located, helpful staff, clever decor. And the paid breakfast was delicious. It was a bit pricy, but worth it.
