The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hospital, and the service is very good. However, the helicopters hovering in the sky and the harsh sounds of police cars and ambulances all night made it impossible to sleep. Not recommended for people who have not slept for two consecutive days and have poor sleep quality.

Staying at the hotel for a week, there are many small episodes, all of which are extremely warm. Once again, I would like to express my thanks to Ctrip for the humanized service of overseas customer service. I also like the hotel front desk staff and the duty manager! A very warm city!

Most practical hotel to stay when you come to Longwood Boston for medical purposes. The very best part of this hotel is the wonderful staff -- very helpful, compassionate, and considerate of the guests who mainly come to see the expert physicians. Thankyou all for being so accommodating. Rooms are clean. Mattresses, a bit soft but comfortable, good quality bedding and towels, good water pressure in the shower, reasonable speed internet, quite a/c-heater unit in the rooms. Best side of room to choose is the one facing the main street. Noise level is minimal and manageable due to good window insulation. The other side is above the galleria restaurant compound and some of the cooking odors waft up and into the rooms.

We have the BEST sleep on the comfortable mattresses and pillows at Longwood! The hotel is adjoined by the food court and pharmacy and saves us the expense of traveling to eat. The Longwood Grill is an excellent choice also… just an elevator ride away!

The location is perfect for those visiting Brigham and Women's. We stayed over the night before surgery, and the inn was a comfortable walking distance to where we needed to be in the morning. Clean, comfortable room. Accessible vending machines. Safe area.

I never leave reviews but the stay I had at the inn was above and beyond my expectations. The staff was excellent. They deal with people who are having hard visits, super stressed and probably wish they didn’t have to be doing any of it. That was my case. These two ladies especially make it look easy. I’m a hospitality worker myself and found their professionalism and kindness admirable. My son was getting treated at Boston Children’s and his recovery time was unknown. Angie at the front desk deserves a medal for finding me a room last minute like a saint. The rooms are so well maintained and comforting as a respite from hospital halls. Dayanie took superb care of my belongs when I had to check out but kiddo was still recovering. She even refrigerated my half and half. So above and beyond. When people take the extra time to connect and carry you through a hard moment… I’m just so grateful for them. For the whole staff. They’re just as valuable to the medical community here in Boston. Feeling loved and cared for while caring for an ailing family member is about as good as a stay away can get. Thank you Inn crew. You played and important role in my sons speedy return to health. I’m ever so grateful.
