The service and facilities were excellent! Although breakfast is not included, the ground-level food court offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel's location is conveniently adjacent to the Longwood Medical Area and Metro transportation. It is beneficial for anyone who visit the Longwood area.

Location and cleanliness are very good.

The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hospital, and the service is very good. However, the helicopters hovering in the sky and the harsh sounds of police cars and ambulances all night made it impossible to sleep. Not recommended for people who have not slept for two consecutive days and have poor sleep quality.

Staying at the hotel for a week, there are many small episodes, all of which are extremely warm. Once again, I would like to express my thanks to Ctrip for the humanized service of overseas customer service. I also like the hotel front desk staff and the duty manager! A very warm city!
