A snow storm hit the weekend I came to Boston. The concierge service was a delightful help and very informative.

Everything was really perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Especially beds were comforable.

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room/view were beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located near the bay. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are relatively old but complete. It is clean and tidy. The executive lounge provides breakfast and happy hour drinks in the evening. There was a misunderstanding when checking in. The hotel sent a Chinese-speaking manager to actively communicate with us, and it was resolved with the timely intervention of Ctrip. Although there were problems, we still saw the full sincerity of the hotel and Ctrip.

Everything is good. There is a small garden and a coastal walking area behind the hotel facing the sea. It was late at night when we checked in at the hotel. The concierge who helped us move the boxes was very friendly.

I’m so happy to stay at this hotel. It’s so big, comfortable and convenient. The staff are super nice and helpful in introducing many places to visit.

Facilities: New Hygiene: Good Environment: Convenient for travel Service: Mistakenly received snacks and paid food from the room refrigerator. The front desk had a bad attitude at the time. It was resolved after communicating with Ctrip

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the station and the city center, large room, cleanliness, comfort and attentiveness of the staff, the spa center is good, the breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh, we thank everyone

Convenient transportation! It's very close to Chinatown and very convenient to go to the Italian District. The service in the store is very friendly. I couldn't get the twin room I booked when I checked into the hotel. However, the hotel actively communicated with Xie Cheng and we still got a very good one. Solution, although not ideal, the service is very considerate! Recommended to stay

Very affordable five star hotel. Panoramic views of Boston.

Satisfactory experience. Although the allocated floor is low, the location is good. The breakfast is simple but of high quality.

Hotel facilities are already good in every country in the United States. In fact, there is a lot of room for improvement because the hotels in Hong Kong are praised by the new prices of hotels here and they are very cheap. I think they should come to Hong Kong to learn.
