I would have thought for nearly $300 a night the hotel would have had a hot tub but they didn’t. Not only did they not have a hot tub but I was charged $60 for one person to partake it the breakfast buffet! At Chechen I was told I wouldn’t receive any Bonvoy points either because I booked through trip.com which was supposed to be a room with a harbor view. The view was scant and overall stay was a total disappoin**ent.

Well-located hotel near to Faneuil Hall and related marketplace. Clean, well-maintained rooms. Service was solid. Location is next to a small park, which was nice for our girls. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and had a nice view of the harbor.

Great Location. It is a quick trip from the airport. Hotel was clean and the service was good from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and valet/bellhop areas! Will definitely recommend and will stay here again when my family and I return for a summer trip.
