The hotel is very clean and tidy. It's a good quick hotel to stay for one night when I go to Boston for business. It's very close to the North station.

I thought by paying through ******* was going to be it. No when you arrive they also charge you another 100.00 on top of the amount you paid for the room! I was pissed. You have to pay for using the amenities in the room! Also the don’t tell you but you have to park like 3 blocks to a parking garage and walk to the hotel. I am not happy with the at all

Very comfortable and intimate hotel. The rooms, beds, bathrooms and food were all good. The price is competitive. Some missing features: -It was hard to call the front desk and get someone to pick up the phone. -Service in the restaurant is slow. -Our room wasn't made up in the morning. -No drinking glasses in the bathroom. -There is no bathroom on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. You have to walk down into the basement to get to one. There must be an architectural reason for this, but it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Having said all that, it's a comfortable hotel and the food is good. I would be happy to go back.

This was our first stay at the Boxer Hotel and it definitely won’t be our last. Everyone was so kind, the food was amazing, the room was clean and had everything you needed. A wonderful hidden gem to complete your experience in Boston.

The hotel is less than a three minute walk to TD Garden, plenty of food nearby. Room itself really pretty, good lighting choices, comfortable bed, super hot shower, and lots of small amenities in the room. WiFi cool, TV at a weird angle though. Only negative is one elevator.

Amenity bill deduction without use and without informing me. The room was small and dark. The air conditioning was also not working well.
