Very nicely located hotel directly at the Boston Seaport. Everything is within walking distance, shopping and dining options nearby.
The TD Garden is also easy to reach, parking is also possible via valet or self-parking and can be billed directly to the hotel.

I like this hotel very much. The hotel environment, facilities and services are great! It is very close to the Boston Tea Party attraction and can be reached on foot. Hotel was clean. Staff was wonderful all around. No room service but you can order and pick up. Only had appetizers and they were ok. Pricey from Tamo. Breakfast at Alure was excellent. Had coffee and breakfast sandwich at Cafe kiosk. Was surprisingly good. Used Uber/Lyft when needed. Felt safe walking but only did so during daylight. Would book again. Pricey but worth it.

There were positives and negatives for our experience at Seaport Hotel. Great views in my room. Clean room. The concierge service people I dealt with were professional when we first arrived. However, the concierge female on our last day 5/5/24 at around 5:30 pm was not very friendly when I asked her about 2 charges added to my bill that said valet parking for days at $50.00 dollars each. She basically asked me to explain these charges and didn't seem to believe me when I informed her we Uber everywhere. She called the garage manager and he gave me the same trea**ent. I said, it wasn't up to me to explain these charges on my room or garage ticket charge. My name was being use for these charges but I had no idea since we didn't need valet. Needless to say they were cold and not friendly. No one apologized for the error and I was made to feel like I was lying or something. It was uncomfortable and outrages. This is unfortunate since the hotel has nice features but staff is hit or miss with customer service.
